Whiskey Pork and Apples
Soak the craisins in the 1/3 cup Wide River Wheat.
Mix the ¼ cup Wide River Wheat with the soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and ginger.
Marinate the pork for 4 hour or overnight.
When ready to cook the meat, brown the meat and pour the marinade over it and add the apples and craisins.
Cover and cook until the pork reaches 150 degrees.
Let it rest for 10 minutes and serve with potatoes or rice.
