Walkin’ Around Brunch Citrus
Slice through the skin only of the citrus fruits around the equator...not the poles.
Gently lift out the segments and leave the skin like two bowls.
Marinate the orange, clementine and grapefruit segments in the River Baron Artisan Spirit in a plastic bag.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or over night.
THEN in the morning put a TBS of Grand Mariner in the bottom of each little citrus peel bowl and arrange the citrus segments in the bowls.
Guests can pick up a little bowl and enjoy a small"walking around" cocktail for brunch.
