Truffle Brine

 1.75 oz (Weighed) truffle slices
 1.50 tbsp Black Truffle Sea Salt
 2 tbsp Champagne Vinegar
 4 tbsp Truffle Brine From Sliced truffle can
 2 cups filtered Water

Directions

Slice 1.76 oz of truffles

Add sliced Truffles, Truffle salt, champagne Vinegar, & 2 cups of water to a pot.

Simmer for 40 minutes

Combine Brine and 5 Truffle shavings in Bottle.

Combine the rest of the sliced truffles in the container they came in with some brine to preserve. ( This is the garnish)
