Pride Of The Wapsi Strawberry Vodka
Ingredients
2 oz Pride Of The Wapsi Strawberry Vodka
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon
5 mint leaves
1 strawberry

Muddle the mint, strawberry and simple syrup in a glass.

Fill with ice.

Add lemon juice and Pride of the Wapsi Strawberry Vodka.

Top with club soda.

Garnish with a Strawberry.

Try a mint sugar rim for some extra cocktail pow.

Add 1/2c mint leaves to 3/4c sugar and mix in a food processor.

Also great to sprinkle on fresh fruit or add a tea spoon to iced tea.
