Rose-ito (Gin Mojito)

Ingredients
 3 oz River Rose Gin
 24 fresh mint sprigs
 2 tbsp white sugar (to taste)
 ½ cup Club Soda
 1 cup ice cubes

Muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of club soda in a mixing glass
until the sugar dissolves and you can smell the full fragrance of the mint.

Squeeze lime into glass.

Add River Rose GinĀ® and shake with ice.

Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass.

Top glass with club soda to taste.

Garnish with a mint sprig or slice of lime and serve.

Don't try this with other gins!
The unique citrus flavor of River Rose works well here.
More juniper forward gins will not taste the same.
