Pepperontini
2 oz River Pilot Vodka
0.75 oz pepperocini pepper juice
0.25 oz olive juice
2 grinds fresh peppercorn

Add vodka, pepperocini juice and olive juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass.
Grind two grinds of fresh pepper on top of the cocktail.
Garnish with a meat stick, pepper and olive.
