Iowa Coffee Liqueur BBQ Sauce with Little Weenies

Ingredients
 1 ½ cups Double-strength drip-brewed coffee
 1 cup Iowa Coffee Company Liqueur
 ½ cup Cody Road Bourbon
 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
 ½ cup cider vinegar
 1 cup chicken or pork stock
 1 cup ketchup
 ½ tbsp guajillo chili powder
 1 cup brown sugar
 1 jalapeno, sliced with the seeds
 1 Spanish onion, sliced
 3 garlic cloves, crushed
 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions

In a heavy-bottom pot, heat the olive oil to almost smoking.

Add the onions, garlic and jalapeño, and cook until browned.

Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce by half.

Let cool to room temperature and puree in a high-speed blender until silky smooth.

Pass the sauce through a mesh sieve and pour into jars.

Put a bunch of little cocktail weenies in the sauce in a crock pot.
