Hot Irish Rose Crab Dip

Ingredients
 1 tbsp olive oil
 ½ cup finely chopped onion
 1 clove garlic, minced
 2 tbsp chopped poblano pepper chopped or canned green chilies
 ½ cup River Rose Gin
 2 cups Bloody Mary mix
 2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
 1 lb lump crabmeat, drained and picked for shells
 ¼ cup fresh lime juice, (about 2 limes)
 ¼ cup minced green onion
 ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro leaves
Directions

Stir the onion, garlic and chopped pepper in the oil and cook until softened.

Add the cream cheese and the Bloody Mary mix.

When it is smooth add the lime juice, and crabmeat.

Remove from heat and add the River Rose.

Put into a serving dish.

Top the warm dip with green onion and cilantro.
