 1 lb pound butter
 1 lb pound brown sugar
 1 lb pound confectioners' sugar
 1 qt quart vanilla ice cream, softened
 1 tbsp tablespoon ground cinnamon
 1 tsp teaspoon ground nutmeg

First prepare the batter mix.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.

Blend in brown sugar and confectioners' sugar.

Remove from heat, and whisk in the ice cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pour mixture into a plastic container, seal, and freeze.

To make the drink:

In a coffee mug, measure 1 tablespoon batter (or more to taste) and 1 fluid ounce of Cody Road Bourbon, then fill cup with boiling water.
Stir and enjoy!
Garnish with nutmeg or whipped cream
