Ginger Pear

1 ½ oz River Rose Gin
2 ½ oz pear base
½ oz lemon
Top with ginger beer
shake and pour into collins /top with ginger beer

Shake gin, pear and lemon on ice.

Pour over ice into a collins glass.
To make pear base

10 oz. pear nectar or jucie from three pears. 1c water, 1c brown sugar, .5tsp cinnamon.

Heat to dissolve sugar.

Bottle and refrigerate.
