Flamin’ Fruit Topping

 River Pilot Vodka
Ingredients
 1 peeled and chopped mango
 1 peeled and chopped grapefruit
 1 cleaned and chopped pineapple
 3 peeled and sliced kiwis
 ¼ cup butter
 ½ cup brown sugar
 1 cup River Pilot Vodka
Directions

Stir all the fresh fruit together.

Melt the butter and brown sugar in a skillet.

Add in the fruit chunks and stir.

Add the River Pilot Vodka and flame.

Cook until the flames die down to burn off all the Vodka...or put out the flame with a lid to reserve some of the alcohol.

Serve over pineapple or orange sherbet or angel food cake.
