Ingredients
2 oz Cody Road Rye
1 oz honey date simple syrup (see below)
5 oz lemon
2 drops drops Mole Bitters
1.50 oz Felony Red Wine from Wide River
Winery (or other dry red wine)
Directions

Add ice, shake and strain into a small rocks over large ice.

Float approx 1.5oz Felony Red on top

To make honey/date simple syrup:

Heat 1/2 cup dates with 1 cup water for 30-45 min. Do not boil. Add 1 cup honey. Mix and cool. Store in refrigerator.
