Coffee Liqueur Chocolate Cookies
In a food processor grind the Oreos to a fine powder.
Add the cream cheese and Coffee Liqueur and blend until smooth.
Scoop into small rounds and place on parchment paper.
Freeze the cookies while you melt the coating chocolate according to package directions.
Take the cookies from the freezer and coat in the melted chocolate.
Put them on the parchment to set the chocolate.
Store the cookies in the refrigerator until you place them on a tray for serving.
