Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup minced shallots
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp minced fresh sage
¼ tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
1 cup Cody Road Rye
2 cups cream

Sauté the garlic and shallots until just translucent.
Add the sage, salt and pepper.
Deglaze the pan with Cody Road Rye and add the cream.

Bring it just to the simmer and serve over chicken, pork or beef. First Friday we're serving it with HOMESTYLE meat balls. Not Italian seasoned
