Cody Road Bread Pudding with Cranberry Bourbon Sauce
Make the custard with the eggs, sugar, Half and Half, bourbon and cinnamon.
Soak the bread chunks until they are saturated.
Stir in the cranberries.
Put this mixture into a buttered 9 X 13 pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until set and a knife comes out clean.
Set aside to cool.
Boil the water and cranberries then stir in the sugar.
When the berries begin to pop take the sauce off the heat and stir in the Bourbon and toasted pecans.
