Cody Road Bourbon Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
 1 cup butter softened
 ¾ cup powdered sugar
 4 tbsp Cody Road Bourbon
 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
 2 ½ cups flour
 ¼ tsp baking powder
  tsp salt
 Parchment paper
Directions

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
Add the Cody Road Bourbon.

Mix the flour, chopped nuts salt and baking powder.

Gradually add the dry to the wet ingredients.

When blended divide the dough and chill until firm.

Roll out between waxed paper or plastic bag.

Roll out and cut into shapes as desired.

Bake on parchment paper for 12 to 14 minutes at 350.
