Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts cut into strips to make 12 skewers
1 10oz can frozen margarita mix thawed
⅔ cup River Baron Artisan Spirit
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic mashed and minced
2 tsp lime juice
¼ cup olive oil
Directions

Mix the ingredients in a large resalable plastic bag and massage the marinade into the chicken strips.

Soak 12 skewers in water.

Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.

Thread the chicken on a skewer.

Grill until the chicken is cooked through. This should take about 3 minutes per side.
