Caramel Fried Apples

Ingredients
6 tart red and green apples sliced
1 stick butter
½ cup dark brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
⅓ tsp cloves
⅓ cup River Baron Artisan Spirit

Melt the butter and add the apples.

Sauté the apples until they are softened.

Stir in the spices and sugar.

Cook until the sugar is smooth and the sauce is caramel.

Add the River Baron.

Put into serving bowls and top with whipped cream or serve on pound cake with ice cream.
