Brunswick Stew

 River Baron Artisan Spirit
Ingredients
 1 ½ lbs diced pork or chicken thighs
 4 tbsp olive oil
 1 large diced sweet onion
 3 ribs celery diced
 1 large diced yellow pepper
 1 cup cup cut sweet corn
 ½ cup baby lima beans
 1 large can diced tomatoes
 3 cups Bloody Mary Mix
 1 cup River Baron Artisan Spirit
 ½ cup white vinegar
  cup dark brown sugar
 Salt to taste
Directions

Heat the oil and brown the meat.

Remove the meat and sauté the onions, yellow pepper and the celery.

Add back the meat and the tomatoes, beans and corn.

Stir in the Bloody Mary mix

Mix the brown sugar with the vinegar and River Baron Artisan Spirit add to the soup.

Let the soup simmer until the beans are cooked and the flavors have come togethe
