Brown Sugar Bourbon Bundt Cake
Preheat the oven to 325.
Grease and flour the bundt pan.
Beat the butter and shortening until smooth and fluffy.
Add the sugar and beat until well blended.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in another bowl.
Beat in the eggs one at a time to the sugar and butter mixture.
Stir the vanilla, bourbon and milk together.
Then add the flour and bourbon mixtures to the butter/sugar a little at a time starting and ending with the dry flour combination.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until the cake test done with a toothpick.
Dust with powdered sugar.
