Bourbon Spiced Nuts
If more than one variety of nuts are used, prepare each separately to allow for differences in cooking times.
Combine sugar and spices and mix thoroughly.
Add Cody Road Bourbon and mix well.
Toss nut meats in sugar mixture to coat.
Cover and marinate at least one hour, or overnight.
Heat oven to 375 F.
Spread nuts in thin layer over a large cookie sheet or roasting pan.
Bake for 10 to 25 minutes, stir to ensure that nuts do not clump up.
Repeat until nuts rattle and take on a dry look.
Remove from heat and stir to assure that nuts are separate and allow to cool.
Cover tightly until needed
