Black Forest Cherry Chocolate Mousse
WHIP the cream and the Vanilla in a chilled bowl on high until soft peaks form. Carefully fold in the pudding and melted chocolate. Make sure the cherries are thawed if they were frozen and chop them into small pieces but don't purée them. Fold them and the Cherry Cobbler Liqueur into the mixture and chill or freeze. It can be layered into parfait glasses or martini glasses with more whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a cherry
