Baron Flambe Apple Topping

River Baron Artisan Spirit
Ingredients
4 cups Peeled and sliced apples [tart like Granny Smith]
3 tbsp Butter
⅓ cup Brown Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ cup River Baron Artisan Spirit

Saute the apple slices in the butter until softened.

Add the brown sugar and cinnamon

When the sugar is melted carefully add the River Baron Artisan Spirit to flame

Use care to make sure your face is not over the pan.

This makes a great topping for spice cake, pound cake or caramel ice cream
