Banana Bread Pudding
Butter a 9X13 pan and preheat the oven to 350.
Stir the eggs into the half and half with the brown sugar and rum.
Pour the batter over the banana bread and put the whole mess into the buttered pan.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until the batter is set in the middle.
Serve warm with the SorghRum ice cream and butter rum sauce (both recipes on this site) or just some hot fudge sauce with River Baron Artisan Spirit in it.
