½ cup sugar cane syrup [or honey]
½ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup Cody Road Bourbon
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp Tabasco Green Sauce
1 cup olive oi

Whisk together the syrup, vinegar, bourbon, grated onion, salt, pepper, hot sauce
Slowly whisk in the oil and adjust the seasoning.
