Very Cherry Cobbler Fudge

3 cups white chocolate chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tbsp Cherry Cobbler Liqueur
½ cup Maraschino cherries drained, patted dry, chopped

Line an 8 by 8 inch glass dish with parchment, spray with pan spray and set aside.

Melt the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk in a medium sauce pan over medium heat, stirring regularly.

Once completely melted, stir in the vanilla bean paste, Very Cherry Cobbler Liqueur , and then the cherries.

Pour into the parchment lined pan. Put in the refrigerator and let set overnight. Cut into square pieces and store outside of the refrigerator for up to two weeks in an airtight container.
