Ingredients
3.75 oz White Grape Lavender Juice
1 oz Faba Foamer
0.75 oz Sweet and Sour
1 dash Cream of Tartar
1 dash Rhubarb Bitters
2 oz Butterfly Pea Tea Gin
Directions
Dry shake.
Add 3 ice cubes and shake again.
Pre-pour / Add ice as needed.
Serve with 2 oz of butterfly pea tea in a tasting glass.
Garnish with 1 orchid flower.
Butterfly Pea Tea Gin
Add two pinches of Butterfly Pea Tea powder to 1 bottle of River Rose Gin.
White Grape Lavender Juice
Mix 1 bottle of Lavender Monin with 13 cups of white grape juice.
