Every Thursday at 5 PM, join us for an in-depth exploration of a different classic cocktail. This is your chance to:
- Uncover the rich history behind iconic drinks.
- Discover delicious variations to expand your repertoire.
- Master the art of selecting ingredients for perfectly balanced cocktails.
- Learn proper bartending techniques for flawless execution.
- Explore the world of barware and find the right tools for the job.
Each week’s class focuses on a unique cocktail, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of the craft. You don’t have to come to every class. But we think you will want to!

Course Schedule (12 Weeks):
Week 1 – April 4th: The Old Fashioned – A timeless introduction to spirit-forward cocktails.
Week 2 – April 11th: Espresso Martini – A modern twist on a classic, using vodka, coffee liqueur, and espresso for a creamy and caffeinated treat.
Week 3 – April 18th: Boulevardier (Rye) – A sophisticated Negroni variation featuring bourbon or rye instead of gin.
Week 4 – April 25th: Whiskey Sour ( Bourbon )- A classic sour cocktail with citrus, sugar, and egg white/Faba.
Week 5 – May 2nd: The Manhattan ( Rye ) – Delving into whiskey cocktails and the evolution of the Manhattan.
Week 6 – May 9th: The Vesper ( Gin & Vodka ) – This iconic martini variation, featured in James Bond novels, showcases a balance of gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc.
Week 7 – May 16th: The Negroni ( Gin ) – Understanding the Italian aperitivo tradition and the Negroni’s role.
Week 8 – May 23rd: Cosmopolitan ( Vodka ) Explore the rise of the Cosmopolitan in the late 20th century.
Week 9 – May 30th: Sazerac ( Rye ) – A New Orleans Interlude, Understanding the Sazerac.
Week 10 – June 6th: The French 75 ( Gin ) – A sparkling and elegant cocktail highlighting gin and champagne.
Week 11 – June 13th: Gold Rush ( Bourbon ) – A modern classic that’s a twist on the Whiskey Sour, featuring the sweetness of honey.
Week 12 – June 20th: The Aviation ( Gin )- Discovering the world of pre-prohibition cocktails and the Aviation’s herbal notes.
